  Hiro Chyouno
  Their slogan in their office is that they do things more efficiently but I can't see they are doing things efficiently but slowly. I rang them to get stuff fixed or follow up on previous requests but they asked me to send emails. I sent emails but they never reply. I have to ring them 3 times a day to get my requests looked at, not to mention things fixed.
